Delivery Policy

Portal Charme offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.
Shipping costs are displayed when registering an order in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:
● Destination region;
● Weight and/or value of the order;
● Chosen shipping method;
● Choice of VAS (Value Added Services).

We ship via courier to more than 30 countries, depending on the location, it takes approximately 7/15 business days.

How the order is shipped

The shipment of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment validation.

When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The expected delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or the time frame provided in the description of the shipping method.
